London (03 December 2014) – Specialist global insurer Hiscox has announced the appointment of Hanna Kam as Chief Risk Officer, subject to regulatory approval.

An actuary qualified in both the UK and Australia, Hanna has extensive experience of working with global insurers both in-house and as a consultant.  Reporting to Hiscox Chief Executive Bronek Masojada, Hanna will oversee the insurer’s risk management activities including adherence to its Risk Management Framework and the final implementation drive for Solvency II.
