Golder to head up Hiscox Marine Cargo business

London, UK, (17 December, 2015): Hiscox London Market has appointed Richard Golder as Marine Cargo Line Underwriter, marking the insurer's re-entry into the marine cargo business. Golder will be supported by Jack Bryan who takes on the role of Marine Cargo Underwriter.

Richard Golder joins from XL Catlin where he was Senior Class Underwriter. With over 25 years' experience writing marine cargo business, Golder has also had spells at Amlin, PB Coffey, and CHF Ford and Ors.

Jack Bryan also joins from XL Catlin where latterly he was Assistant Underwriter. DIP qualified, he also held the role of Head of Education for the Lloyd’s of London Marine U’35 Committee.
