Appointment of Interim CFO

Hamilton, Bermuda (19th June 2015) – It was announced on 13 April that Stuart Bridges, Chief Financial Officer, would be leaving the Company with effect from 31 August 2015 to take up a new role as Group Finance Director of ICAP plc.

The search for a replacement is in progress under the direction of the Nominations Committee. In order to provide continuity in oversight of the finance function during this period, John Worth will join the Company on 22 June 2015 and, subject to regulatory approval, will be appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 September 2015.

John was previously Chief Financial Officer of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited, a company quoted on the New York Stock Exchange.  Prior to Aspen he held a number of senior financial roles within insurance and banking including with Barclays, Ernst & Young, Prudential and Price Waterhouse.
