All the business know-how and a degree at the end of it.
Decided not to go to university or college? We know that many of you might prefer to take a different route after taking your A-Levels.
A job. Some money. That sort of thing. So, here is a way you can earn £18,000 a year and, after three and a half years, finish up with a degree alongside some great business experience.
For UK applicants only, we offer a small number of high-quality apprenticeships every year. Our degree qualified apprenticeship scheme – available for a wide variety of insurance roles including underwriting, claims, operations marketing and finance – provides you with a real role in the business right from the time you start. And, by the end of the three and a half year apprenticeship you will have qualified for a degree in your field of work – if you work in operations for example, you will have achieved an insurance practitioner degree.
The catch? Well, the competition for a place is stiff but if you have the right attitude, are excited about making change and earning whilst you learn, then we would love to hear from you.
I’m interested: what qualifications do I need?
Our basic requirement is for BBC at A-Level or, if you have a BTEC, a distinction or higher.
How do I find out more and apply?
All of our apprenticeship places are available through the Government apprenticeship service.
Apprenticeship applications for 2018 have now closed. We'll be updating this page when applications go live for positions in 2019.
