    We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Eligible employees are also entitled to a profit share and a personal performance-based bonus (these are based on company and personal performance). If you do a good job, your efforts will be rewarded.

    Saving for something big? Our save as you earn scheme means you can save for the things that are important to you – a deposit for a first home, major home renovations, holidays and weddings. It allows you to save a fixed amount (between £5 and £500 each month for three years) and then at the end of the contract you have the opportunity to buy shares in Hiscox Ltd at a price that was fixed at the outset (the share price discounted by 20%) or take your full savings in cash.

    To recognise the dedication and contribution of our long-timers, all permanent employees receive a gift for their 10, 20, and 30 year anniversaries.


  • healthcare coverage 
    While our policies differ by country, supporting your health and wellbeing is our priority and we offer eligible employees access to healthcare. For US employees, we’ve provided machine readable files per the requirement under the United States’ federal Transparency in Coverage Rule here. These files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyse data.
