This is a rotational programme – meaning you’ll explore different roles within your chosen specialism: actuarial, technology, underwriting, or finance.

Support and long-term opportunity

You’ll join on a permanent contract with great benefits, and at the end of the programme, you’ll move into a role within your business unit.
