As a Finance Graduate you can expect to:
Your rotations explained:
To equip you with a fundamental understanding of Finance, you will spend the majority of your graduate programme undertaking rotations in two core areas of Finance – Financial Reporting and Control, and Financial Planning and Analysis:
In Financial Reporting and Control, we record the actual performance of our business and we report these results to key stakeholders including our leadership teams, investors, and regulators. We ensure accuracy of data and compliance with regulations, by analysing financial data to make informed decisions and identifying and mitigating financial risks. We also provide oversight and guidance to the business units.
In Financial Planning and Analysis, we explain the Group’s and Business Units’ financial performance and identify opportunities to maximize future performance. Working with stakeholders across the business, we focus on producing insights to help inform leadership so they are in a position to make tactical and strategic decisions to optimize business performance.
In addition to these core rotations, you will get to experience at least one other part of Finance, which could include areas such as Investor Relations, Investments, Reinsurance & Treasury, Tax or Internal Audit. We’re open to discussing which area would suit you best depending on where you’d like to gain more experience and how you’d like to develop on the programme.
