London, UK (16 February 2026): Hiscox, the global specialist insurer, has introduced its first technology graduate programme, aimed at attracting and developing the next generation of tech talent as the Group looks to drive digital innovation and growth.
The scheme is designed for both technical and non-technical backgrounds and has welcomed its first six graduates across London, Lisbon, and York. The programme will provide two specialist options: one focused on engineering – designed for graduates with a technical background – and one for those who wish to explore the broader business impact of technology. Each graduate will undertake an 18-month rotation across core areas such as engineering, data science, cyber security and agile delivery, before moving into a permanent role.

Our new tech graduate scheme is an important milestone for us as we shape a team that is both forward-thinking and ready to lead the way in digital innovation.”
Atinuke Olayinka, is one of the Technology Graduates on the scheme. Building on the initial success of the scheme, the number of graduates is set to increase later this year and into 2027, as the business aims to further accelerate its digital transformation.
