Shali joined Hiscox’s Group Executive Committee as Group Chief Operations and Technology Officer in January 2025, following five years as Chief Operating Officer of AXA UK & Ireland where she played a crucial role in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency. Shali has an extensive track record of leading large-scale transformation projects and driving technological innovation in the UK, Europe and Asia. She brings with her deep expertise in digitising customer interactions, improving colleague experiences, and building new systems from the ground up.
